Nun ist es endlich soweit, Dota 2 Patch 6.85 ist live. Aber bis auf einige Gameplay changes enthält das Update weder die noch fehlenden Helden Pitlord und Zet, the Arc Warden noch den bei der Community sehr beliebten Spielmodus Diretide.
Wie schon ende letzter Woche angekündigt ging heute, in der Nacht von Donnerstag auf Freitag, der von einigen Spielern sehnsüchtig erwartete Patch 6.85 live. Dieser umfasst einige Gameplay Changes, aber weder die Helden Pitlord und Zet noch den Spielmodus Diretide. Dies ist aber zumindest auf die zwei Helden bezogen auch nicht weiter verwunderlich, da mit dem im November statt findenden Dota 2: Frankfurt Major, das momentan 3. profitabelste E-Sport Event der Welt vor der Tür steht. Ob der Spielmodus Diretide als jährliches Halloween Event auch dieses Jahr veröffentlicht wird bleibt weiterhin unklar.
Gameplay Update 6.85
| GENERAL
- Purge no longer deals bonus damage to summoned units
- Siege Creeps now behave like normal lane creeps for spell targeting rules
- Siege Creeps now have 80% Magic Resistance
- Ancient Thunderhide has a new ability: War Drums Aura - provides +15 Attack Speed and +15% Attack Damage
- Ancient Black Drake has a new ability: Dragonhide Aura - provides +2 Armor, stackable
- Ancient Dragon Camp units now have 2 less armor

- Bloodrage heal reduced from 25% to 19/21/23/25%
- Track now provides vision only of the target rather than the area around it
